Questions
Landowner and broker FAQ
Will a VALITER report raise my asking price?
We do not value property. A clear path tends to make a site easier to market and easier for a buyer to underwrite. The price is between you and the buyer.
Can I share the report with buyers?
Yes. It is written in plain English with sources, so a buyer and their team can check it.
What if the site has a problem?
Then you know before the buyer finds it. Every bad answer comes with the options: a cure, a different use that fits, or an exit.
