How delivery works
From address to next move
Every report follows the same route, and a person reviews it before it reaches you.
- 1
You send the site
An address or parcel number and a rough idea of what you want to build. A concept plan helps but is not required.
- 2
We run the checks
The full check library runs in order: where and whose, legal footing, the land, service and the shape.
- 3
A person checks it
A person reads the report before it goes out. Anything a licensed professional must decide is marked as a professional gate.
- 4
You get the report and your next move
The next move is at the top, with the letter or question drafted for you to send.
- 5
The plan updates
When the utility, county or city answers, the report changes and so does the next move.
Become a design partner
We are opening VALITER to a small group of developers, landowners and civil engineers first, starting in Central Texas.
Design partners use VALITER on real sites while we build it with them. In return they get founding-member pricing, a voice in what we build next, and their name on the founding list if they want it there.
- Founding-member pricing
- Direct line to the founders
- A say in the roadmap
- Your name on the founding list, with your permission
Questions
Plan questions
Why are there no prices on this page?
We are setting pricing with our first design partners, based on real sites and real report scope. Join the waitlist and you will see pricing before anyone else.
What does the first look include?
Jurisdiction, who decides each step, plat status, a floodplain, watershed and aquifer screen, utility providers on record, and the first deal-killers we can see. Each finding shows its source.
Who reviews a Pathway Report?
A person checks every report before it reaches you. Where a question needs a civil engineer, surveyor, title company or attorney, we mark it as a professional gate and hand off what we found.
Does VALITER replace my engineer or attorney?
No. VALITER is decision support. We do not seal plans, practice law or design drainage. We help you and your team get to the right questions sooner, in the right order.
Can you promise my project will be approved?
No one honestly can. The city or county decides. We give you the requirements, the sources, the range of outcomes and what moves them.
Where do you work today?
We are starting in Central Texas. See coverage for the counties and cities we cover now and what comes next.
