The short version

We collect what you type into our waitlist form so we can reply to you. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

What we collect

• Your name and email address.
• Your role, such as developer, engineer or broker, if you choose to tell us.
• The county you are working in, and any notes about a site, if you choose to share them.
• Basic technical information our hosting provider records when any web page is served, such as IP address, browser type and the time of the request.

How we use it

• To reply to you and to manage your place on the waitlist.
• To prepare a first look at a site you tell us about, if you ask us to.
• To keep the site secure and working.

Who processes it for us

We use a small number of service providers to run the site: Vercel hosts the website and runs the form, and Resend delivers the form to our inbox by email. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace. They process the information only to provide those services.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your information.
• We do not use advertising trackers on this site.
• We do not share site details you send us with anyone outside VALITER without your permission, except providers listed above or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions as long as we need them to work with you, and delete them when you ask, unless the law requires us to keep them.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@valiter.ai.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will update it here and change the effective date.
